At Longaberger Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cagonhywkn@iubridge.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at cagonhywkn@iubridge.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at cagonhywkn@iubridge.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
