Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at cagonhywkn@iubridge.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Longaberger Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Longaberger Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
